Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty

When you choose CADPXS, you can be sure you are getting a commercial-grade dehumidifier that does the job it was designed to do. These are state-of-the-art dehumidifiers that are backed by a bumper-to-bumper warranty.

How the warranty works

For the first two years of the warranty, any dehumidifier that stops working will be replaced.

However, if the unit malfunctions during the remaining three years, only the faulty parts will be replaced. This aspect is very important as it ensures that the unit performs as promised. For further details and limitations, please refer to the operating and installation instructions.

CADPXS warrants CADPXS dehumidifiers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years. The warranty begins to run on the date the original customer purchased the product from an authorized CADPXS dealer. In addition, the product components are free from defects in materials or workmanship for five years from the date the original customer purchased the product from an authorized dealer.

Warranty Registration

CADPXS believes in the quality of its products. That's why the company stands behind its products and provides a longer warranty than you can get elsewhere. For CADPXS, a longer warranty is an important consideration. For this reason, the company fully stands behind its bumper-to-bumper warranty.

The warranty is valid when claimed by an original purchaser and purchased from CADPXS, an authorized reseller or dealer. The company will cover the cost of components and labor necessary to repair the unit. However, the cost of disassembly, transportation and installation of the product will be borne by the customer.

In the initial two years of warranty, any malfunctioning dehumidifier will be replaced. I like this very much because I have bought other brands of dehumidifiers before and their after-sales service is terrible.
